Who we are. LastMinuteCrew (“LMC”, “we”) connects organisations and professionals in live events. We are not an employer, recruiter, or agency.
Eligibility. You must be the legal age of majority where you live and have authority to enter agreements.
Global access & local laws. LMC is globally accessible. By using LMC you are responsible for compliance with laws that apply to you in your location. We do not guarantee compliance outside the UK and do not provide legal advice.
Accounts & subscriptions. Posting, messaging and some features require a paid subscription processed by Stripe. Recurring charges apply until you cancel in Stripe’s portal. Taxes/prices appear at checkout.
Cancellations & refunds. Cancel anytime in the Stripe portal; access continues until the end of the paid term. Statutory rights (if any) apply; otherwise subscriptions are non-refundable once a term begins.
Privacy summary. We do not access or store chat contents. We store only what is necessary to verify subscription status and provide access control (see Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use. Do not post unlawful/misleading content, harass others, infringe rights, share accounts, circumvent access controls, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
Listings & interactions. You are solely responsible for your listings and agreements. LMC does not vet users, guarantee performance, or handle payments between users.
Security & access control. We use server-side entitlement checks, session limits, and basic network/geo checks to deter sharing/abuse. Do not attempt to bypass controls.
Disclaimers. LMC is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages; our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to LMC in the previous 12 months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and hold LMC harmless from claims arising from your use, your content, or your breach of these Terms/law.
Termination. We may suspend/terminate for violations. Upon termination, access to paid features ends.
Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

Privacy Policy

Our approach: Privacy-first. We do not access or store chat contents. We store only minimal data to verify subscription and provide access control.

Data we process:

Identification & access: email address (provided by you).
Billing/entitlement: Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, plan/price id, status, timestamps.
Session integrity: hashed random device key, limited device count per account, approximate network metadata (IP/country/UA) to deter abuse.

Cookies: essential session cookie only (httpOnly, SameSite). No analytics/ads cookies.

Payments: processed by Stripe; card data never touches our servers.

Global access: the service is globally accessible; your data may be processed where our infrastructure or Stripe operates with appropriate protections.

Your rights: Depending on your location, you may access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your data. Contact contact@last-minute-crew.com.

FAQs

Do you store my chats? No. We do not access or store chat contents.

How do I subscribe? Click Subscribe and complete checkout via Stripe.

How do I cancel? Use the Manage link (Stripe Billing Portal). Access stays until the end of the term.

Why is my third device blocked? We limit concurrent devices to reduce account sharing. Remove an old device or contact us.

Do you operate outside the UK? The service is globally accessible. You are responsible for local compliance.
